Financial Policy

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients.  A treatment plan is given to you at the time of your examination showing you an estimate.  Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.  Our office will file all necessary information to your insurance company.

We will send you monthly statements, if necessary. Most dental insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. For patients with dental insurance, we will file your dental claims as a courtsey for you. Our office will check your dental claim status 45 days from the date of service. If your dental claim has not been paid within 60 days, you will receive a statement from us for the treatment rendered. You will have to contact your insurance company in order to be reimbursed. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid it's portion is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

Payment Options

We will make every attempt to help you stay within your budget.

Our First Option is that we will offer a 5% courtesy off of the entire cost of treatment for all payments received in full by cash, check or credit card.  We will gladly submit any insurance claim for you,  however your insurance will reimburse you directly.

Second Option is that we accept Cash, Checks, and all major credit cards.  We will go over your dental treatment with you and make your appointments according to what Dr. Comella suggests that needs to be done first.  You will pay your estimated cost per procedure.

Third Option is we offer an outside billing source that offers free financing with no interest for up to 12 months and no money down for qualified patients.  Our office has paid all of the necessary fees for our patients to receive this offer interest free and it is one of our most popular.  Please feel free to fill out an application at www.carecredit.com

We will be happy to accept insurance and estimate a co-pay based on your dental benefits and what your dental insurance offers.  The co-payment we estimate for you is due at the the of your dental appointment and may be paid by cash, check or credit card.  We also ask, that when using a credit card, that it be placed on file with our office in case there is a small remaining balance once we hear from your dental insurance company.
