Patient Billing

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard American Express and Discover. If you need any assistance financially, our office does financing through a dental healthcare company called Care Credit.  Please visit their website at www.carecredit.com. 
 
We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at the dental office at (706) 855-8818. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.  Our office will file all necessary information to your insurance company. 

We will send you monthly statements, if necessary.  Most dental insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.  For patients with dental insurance, we will file your dental claims as a courtsey for you.  Our office will check your dental claim status 45 days from the date of service.  If your dental claim has not been paid within 60 days, you will receive a statement from us for the treatment rendered.  You will have to contact your insurance company in order to be reimbursed.  Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid it's portion is your responsibility.  Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
